We're different. We're seeking to build a small company with a distributed work-force mostly with long-term, part-time employees; a great place for stay-at-home moms and dads and for those who want flexibility and a better work-life balance. But we still want a culture where we have a passion for our jobs, our clients, for continuous improvement & learning, and for outstanding client service.
Even when we get to the point where we move towards "full-time" employees, we'll never be talking about 40-50 hours or more. We want to work to live, not live to work! So when we arrive at that point down the road, we'll show the world that we can be successful and happy, treat our clients right, and still make a decent living while working reasonable hours and never demanding that our employees put their job before their personal lives and family lives!
